Researched Innovative Performance Training (RIPT)

RIPT is the safe way to take your performance and training to the next level. Scientifically-designed, this structured programme incorporates the principles of Olympic lifting, periodisation and high-intensity training, to ensure progression and enhanced performance while remaining injury free.  Form is everything - no cheating here!

Familiarisation

Your RIPT journey begins with a free Familiarisation to ensure that you feel comfortable with the fundamental movement patterns performed in the class. This is a one-on-one session with one of the RIPT instructors that is designed for you to ask questions and get comfortable with the structure of the class.

Assesments

To ensure you are able to maximise the benefit of your RIPT training sessions we have regular assesments that form part of the programme aimed at tracking your performance progress. These assessment also allow you to have a better idea of what weight to use during the different training phases we go through during RIPT.

Class structure

RIPT is a 60 minute resistance training class that is broken down into a warm up and movement preparation specific to the more advanced exercise that follows in our main lift block. This is the most technical aspect of the class and is planned according to the phase of training we are in. This is followed by a METCON aimed at stimulating a particular energy system. The class then concludes with guided cool down and mobility.

You do not need to be a member to join one of our programmes. These programmes are available to the general public.

A programme runs for a set period of time and is not included in your membership. A class runs throughout the year and is included in your membership.

Monday to Friday 05:30-21:00
