ABOUT
The Cape Brain & Behaviour Clinic provides specialist psychiatric care for both athletes and general adult populations. We are located on the Fourth Floor of the Sports Science Institute of South Africa in Newlands, Cape Town.
What is a Psychiatrist?
Psychiatrists are qualified medical doctors who have subsequently undergone specialist training in psychiatry. We work with people with a range of mental health symptoms or disorders, assessing the person holistically to bring together physical and mental components to health
Our Approach
Our psychiatrists adopt a biopsychosocial approach with particular interest in mindfulness approaches and psychotherapy. We enjoy collaborating with team members from other disciplines to provide comprehensive holistic care to our patients.
