Cycle Strength

Group programme designed for cyclists. Cycling Strength takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 17h30 on the Blue Floor.

Running Strength

Group programme designed for runners. Running Strength takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays at 05h30 and 17h30, and Thursdays at 17h30 on the Blue Floor.

TRI-FIT

Beginner triathlon training programme, 5 sessions per week with a block training session every second weekend.

RIPT

A research-based, group training programme utilising Olympic lifts, bodyweight and functional exercises in a safe environment. RIPT takes place 3 x per week on the Blue Floor.

In order to join one of our programmes, you would need to sign up through our sales department. We have a variety of programmes designed to improve performance. 
All programmes are ongoing, meaning you can join at any point. The programmes are periodised and run throughout the year, taking race season into consideration (where applicable).
Absolutely, the lead biokineticist will introduce you to the programme.
