Cycle Strength
Group programme designed for cyclists. Cycling Strength takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 17h30 on the Blue Floor.

Running Strength
Group programme designed for runners. Running Strength takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 17h30 on the Blue Floor.

TRI-FIT
Beginner triathlon training programme, 5 sessions per week with a block training session every second weekend.

RIPT
An Olympic lifting programme takes place 3 x per week on the Blue Floor.
Strength and Conditioning
The SSISA Sports Performance Centre focuses on the strength and conditioning component of training. Our biokineticists have trained with some of the world's best athletes and teams.
