Running Strength
Maximize your miles and minimize your injury risk
Why train for running?
Strength training for runners is essential due to the repetitive demand placed on the body when running. Our running strength programme aims to reduce the risk of injury when running, as well as improve performance through periodised and structured group strength & conditioning training. This results in improvements in running speed and endurance for better performance.
