High Performance Programmes

 Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expertly designed training programmes. The HPC team specialises in creating periodised, evidence-based plans that manage training load effectively to reduce injury risk and optimise performance. Our biokineticists work closely with each athlete, providing education and support to ensure they understand and take ownership of their progress throughout their journey.

Running Strength

Group programme designed for runners. Running Strength takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 05h30 and 17h30. On Tuesday there is a Technical (Seasonal) and on Thursdays at 17h30 there is a Mobility Class

RIPT

A researched-based, group training programme utilising Olympic lifts, bodyweight and functional exercises in a safe environment. RIPT takes place 3 x per week on the Blue Floor.

No. Whether you're training for your first triathlon, working on your golf swing, or 
recovering from a hamstring strain, we design sport-specific and ability-specific 
programs for all levels. 
Programme duration depends on your 
goals- some athletes train with us for a few weeks leading up to an event, while 
others work with us year-round. We’ll recommend a timeline based on your 
assessment and objectives.
