Cycling Strength

Group programme designed for cyclists. Cycling Strength takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 17h30 on the Blue Floor.

Group programme designed for runners. Running Strength takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 05h30 and 17h30. On Tuesday there is a Technical (Seasonal) and on Thursdays at 17h30 there is a Mobility Class

RIPT

In order to join one of our programmes, you would need to sign up through our sales department. We have a variety of programmes designed to improve performance. 
All programmes are ongoing, meaning you can join at any point. The programmes are periodised and run throughout the year, taking race season into consideration (where applicable).
Absolutely, the lead biokineticist will introduce you to the programme.
