Sleep Science Products
Our comprehensive sleep assessment consists of a one-on-one consultation with one of our sleep scientists, seven days of sleep monitoring and a feedback session with our observations and recommendations.
The aim of this 1-hour session is for us to learn about your sleep history and concerns. We will also explore your medical and lifestyle histories as they relate to your sleep.
For one week, you will wear a watch which is specially designed to monitor your sleep and you will keep a detailed sleep diary. At the end of this week, you will return the watch and diary and the sleep scientist will analyse your information and prepare your Sleep Check report.
During this 30-minute feedback session, we will take you through your report and answer any questions you may have. Together we will plan the way forward that best suits your sleep needs.
Once you have had a Sleep Check you may wish to continue working with us to optimise your sleep.
We provide this through our Sleep Coaching service. In these 45-minute sessions, we will help you develop and implement appropriate strategies to improve your sleep.
The goal of Sleep Coaching is to provide you with the skills and tools to successfully manage your own sleep independently. Depending on your personal sleep challenges, this may take one or two sessions, or quite a few more. We will work with you for as long as required.
OptiSleep is a four-week group-based sleep programme which aims to provide education about healthy sleep and assist you in creating a sleep-friendly home environment and sleep routine.
