Think of it like this, a sprint-distance triathlon is simply equivalent to:
Body composition, evaluation of mobility, stability and aerobic fitness.
3-4 coach-led sessions per week with high performance biokineticists, where you will practise and perfect each of the 3 disciplines of swimming, cycling and running.
A complete weekly training programme, including off-site sessions.
Learn how and when to refuel during your triathlon race, with guidance from nutrition experts.
Our TRI-FIT team will be with you on race day to help you with last-minute prep as well as guidance and support.
