Our sleep coaching service takes place after a Sleep Check assessment. It is a 45 minute session targeted toward implementing personalized strategies to improve your sleep. Our expert sleep consultants will work closely with you to ensure your new sleep strategies are properly implemented. You may attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
