Shape-Up

Shape-Up is a weight loss and fitness programme hosted at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa centre. The programme uses a progressive approach to exercise led by our team of highly-skilled Biokineticists. Our focus is to make exercise safe, sustainable and fun through the support of our professionals and the Shape-Up community.

AN EXERCISE PROGRAMME DEVELOPED WITH YOU IN MIND

  • 1-on-1 consultation with a biokineticist to establish a baseline. This will help track your progression.
  • 3 group exercise classes weekly. These classes use a progressive approach so that everyone can join. We keep exercise fun and engaging!
  • Full access to the SSISA fitness centre for the duration of the programme. Our facilities are first-class and are equipped with all the gear you’ll need.
  • Weekly check-ins with your trainer. To ensure you stay motivated and track your progression.
  • Access to SSISA health professionals. Add the diet, sleep, or psychology add-on packages to improve your results.
