Happy Moms

Happy Moms is an 8-week fitness programme designed for expecting moms and new mothers guided by specialists. All moms are screened and assessed by qualified biokineticists, pre-and post-natal, to monitor progress.


  • A fun and safe way of keeping fit in a professionally supervised environment.

  • Morning and evening supervised sessions of strength training, aqua-therapy and Pilates classes.
