Our spacious and modern Fitness Centre is fitted with the latest Technogym Pure Strength Machines, Skillmills, Wattbikes, a heated 25m swimming pool and a 140m indoor tartan track.

Our Biokineticists provide friendly and professional services. We offer all-inclusive personalised fitness assessments and aid in the prescription of specialised exercise programmes. Our team of health professionals will ensure you maximise your training with an individualised and scientific approach.

FAQ's

Upon joining the SSISA wellness and fitness centre gym, your sales person will immediately book you in with one our qualified professionals to make sure that you undergo an assessment. This assessment is very thorough and includes a BMI measurement, Body fat percentage measurement, Fitness, Flexiblity and Strength test. This also provides the professional doing your assessment with all the necessary information to provide you with a structured training programme. It is then followed by the testee taking you through your results and programme to make sure the member fully understands and is satisfied with what to do in the gym.

Yes, we have floor supervisors on duty from the time the gym opens to the time it closes. They are also qualified and are capable of making sure that you, the member, enjoy the facility.

There are a few rules that members need to be aware of to provide both yourself and the other members’ with best training experience.

Gym Towels, Training specific sneakers, Replacing of weights are non-negotiables. The rules are implemented for safety and hygiene purposes.

The only classes requiring a booking is the Spinning Class , Yoga and Pilates classes. This is essential as we have limited space in our studios. The booking of these classes can be done through the SSISA interactive App which makes it convenient to do. All the other classes that we offer do not require booking at all.

Yes we do. Our qualified Biokineticists are capable of either assisting you achieve a personal goal or rehabilitate injuries.
