Work Shadow

We invite learners, who are interested in furthering their studies within the Sport and Fitness industry, to a 2-day orientation to “Futures in Sport”. This is an ideal opportunity to expose learners to the many possible careers in sport.

We structure 2 days around presentations from the various professionals at the Sport Science Institute, with a question and answer slot, followed by walk-abouts and activities that will give learners the opportunity to see what these professionals do in practice.

Learners can expect the day to start at 09h00 and finish by 15h00. Some of the career paths that will be covered are as follows:

• Fitness
• Sport Science
• Biokinetics
• Physiotherapy
• Sport Psychology
• Sport Outreach
• Nutrition

Booking is essential.
