You’ve always wanted to become a runner – but keep putting it off because you don’t seem to be able to keep up the training or don’t even think it’s possible? Let us make it possible for you and help you every step of the way to becoming a 10k or even 21.1k runner.  OptiFit, which runs in association with SSISA, has a 12 weeks to 10k or an 8 weeks to 21.1k (for 10k runners), hands-on training programme.*

On completion of the course, all your health and fitness assessments are redone and the entire group participates in an official 10k or 21.1k event (Old Mutual Two Ocean’s half) together. The 10k course starts in Cape Town on 4 February and the 21.1k programme on 29 January 2013 and there are limited places available, so book now!
